Sustain6 Holdings is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you request a booking or send an enquiry, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, pickup and destination details, travel date and time, vehicle selection, passenger count, estimated one-way journey distance, a request for Sustain6 to calculate it, and any message or notes you provide. Corporate applications may also include company registration, service requirements, estimated monthly trips and billing preferences. If you respond to a quotation, make a payment or submit feedback, we may also store your response, payment details, proof of payment, rating and comments.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange and provide transport services, communicate about bookings, prevent misuse of the website and maintain operational, contractual and legal business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Booking, WhatsApp and website services

Website submissions are saved in the protected Sustain6 booking system and may generate an email notification to authorised staff. Booking access requires a verified client account, a recently created booking session, or verification through the booking email. Private quotation, receipt and feedback links expire and may be revoked; keep them private. Quotation responses require an email verification code. When you continue to WhatsApp, the booking details shown in the prepared message are processed through WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Our hosting, security and website-measurement providers may also process limited device, network and usage information needed to operate and protect the site.

Client accounts

Regular and corporate clients may create a password-protected account and must verify ownership of the account email. We store contact and company details, a password hash, verification status and security activity. Passwords are not stored in readable form. Optional authenticator setup stores an encrypted secret and hashed recovery codes. Bookings and documents are displayed only when linked to the signed-in account. Accepted quotations and payment documents retain a fixed record of the agreed details and PDF.

Storage, security and retention

Staff access to booking records is restricted by staff role and requires two-factor authentication. We use technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information. Retention is reviewed against operational, contractual and applicable legal requirements. Approved security-log cleanup is separate from customer and financial record retention, and deletion is paused where records are needed for an investigation or legal obligation. You may contact Sustain6 to request a retention review or deletion where applicable.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Some records may need to be retained where the law or an existing contract requires it.
